    • Before: Hydrate, arrive 5 minutes early, ideally don’t eat within 1-2 hours.

    • After: Gentle movement and hydration. Better to stretch & foam roll than to strength train. Give your body time to rewire. Some soreness is possible within 24–48 hours.
