We have five CAMTC-certified therapists: Darin, Toni, Estrella, Callen, and Alyssa. You always choose your therapist — sessions are never automatically assigned. Each therapist has distinct strengths: Toni excels with athletes and injury-specific work, Estrella specializes in somatic and trauma-informed massage, Callen blends Eastern and Western modalities with exceptional listening, and Alyssa brings a deeply soothing, communicative presence. All therapists perform cupping therapy.

Do you offer sports massage for athletes?

Yes. Athletic Recovery & Performance Bodywork is one of our core session types. We blend sports massage, Thai massage, deep tissue, and cupping for faster recovery, reduced soreness, and improved mobility. Toni is our specialist for athlete-specific and injury-focused work and is particularly skilled with climbers, runners, and active individuals. All of our therapists are trained and experienced with athletic clients.
