Athletic Recovery & Performance Bodywork

  • Unlike spa massage, this is therapy for active bodies. Sessions adapt to training cycles, recovery needs, and performance goals—whether you’re prepping for competition, recovering after intense workouts, or preventing injury.

    • Soreness from training or competition

    • Mobility restrictions limiting performance

    • Overuse patterns (knees, shoulders, hips)

    • Injury prevention and recovery support

    • Circulation and tissue recovery

    1. Brief consult & assessment

    2. Therapy session using sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, stretching, and mobility techniques.

    3. Recovery plan to extend results and prepare for your next training session

  • Great fit if: You train consistently and want therapy that supports your athletic goals & injury prevention.
Not for: Clients only looking for stress relief or spa-style massage.

    • Before: Hydrate, arrive 5 minutes early, ideally don’t eat within 1-2 hours.

    • After: Rest and hydrate. Better to stretch & foam roll than to strength train. Give your body time to rewire. Some soreness is possible within 24–48 hours.

  • Sessions are not a replacement for medical treatment. Injuries requiring medical care should be evaluated first.

    • Athletic Recovery & Performance: For athletes and active individuals seeking to optimize recovery and injury prevention.

    • Advanced Pain Relief: For everyday pain relief and postural issues.

    • Nervous System Reset: For deep relaxation and stress relief.
